No-Bake Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafers, crumbled
    3 sticks margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. powdered sugar
    4 bananas, sliced
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 c. crushed pecans
    maraschino cherries, cut up
Preparation
    Crush wafers and line the pan or casserole dish.
    Melt 1 stick margarine and dribble it over the wafers.
    Mix together 2 melted sticks of margarine, eggs and the powdered sugar.
    Beat mixture about 15 minutes.
    Place the sliced bananas on the wafers; cover the bananas with crushed pineapple and pour egg mixture over pineapple.
    Spread Cool Whip over top; sprinkle with pecans and garnish with cherries.
    Refrigerate overnight before serving.
