Fat Free Garlic Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) container fat free cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. skim milk
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. chopped chives
paprika for garnish
Preparation

In electric blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, lemon juice, milk, paprika and garlic until smooth.
Stir in chives.
Chill 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve.
