Tzrtziki(Greek Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar to taste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 cucumber, finely chopped
    salt to taste
    fresh dill weed, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Chill 1 hour or so. Serve with veggies, bread sticks, pretzels or ethic bread. Can substitute 1/2 cup sour cream for yogurt.
