Raw Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch raw broccoli, cut up in bite sized pieces
1 small carton fresh mushrooms, cut up in bite sized pieces
1 small jar ripe green olives, cut up in bite sized pieces
1 small onion, sliced and chopped
4 to 5 boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise (low-fat, cholesterol free, reduced calorie or regular)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together, being sure they are all bite size pieces.
Refrigerate, if desired.
Add last 3 ingredients immediately before serving.
Mix well.
