Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box elbow macaroni
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. butter, soften
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring 2 quarts of water and cooking oil to a boil.
    Add macaroni and stir to separate.
    Return to boil.
    Boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes, then drain.
    In a large bowl, combine butter, egg, salt, pepper and macaroni into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
