Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
juice of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Add lemon juice mixed with egg yolks, flour and milk to sugar and melted butter.
Add stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
