Martha'S Breakfast Casserole(Great For Overnight Company) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bread, broken
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain and cool.
    Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and mustard and beat again.
    Add bread and stir until soft.
    Stir in cheese, mushrooms and sausage.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
    Increase baking time if recipe is doubled.
