Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cube steak
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2/3 c. celery, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. flour
    oil or Crisco
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour and brown in skillet; salt and pepper steak.
    When steak is browned on both sides, put in heavy pot or pressure cooker.
    Add onion, bell pepper, tomato soup and canned tomatoes.
    If using pressure cooker, cook 25 minutes.
    If using heavy pot, bake 1 hour in oven at 375\u00b0.
