Strawberry Lime Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sliced strawberries
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1 Tbsp. lime juice
4 (1 1/2 oz. each) slices angel food cake
1/4 c. frozen lite whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

In medium bowl, combine strawberries, brown sugar, lime juice and lime peel; toss gently to mix well.
Place 1 cake slice on each of 4 serving plates.
Spoon 1/2 cup fruit over each cake slice.
Top each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
Makes 4 servings.
