Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 loin pork chops
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 onion, sliced thickly
    3 to 4 large green pepper rings
    white rice (long grain, uncooked)
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Mix tomato soup with 1/2 soup can water (or bit more) and pour into a shallow pan large enough to accomodate 3 to 4 chops.
    Place chops in pan with soup. Top each chop with a pepper ring.
    Fill ring with uncooked rice, baste with soup and top with onion slice.
    Cover with lid or foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste occasionally during baking to keep rice moist.
