Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    beef or chicken broth
    about 4 to 6 c. flour (enough to make a stiff dough)
Preparation
    Mix eggs and salt together.
    Gradually add flour until it forms a stiff dough.
    Divide dough in half and roll each until approximately 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut ring of dough into strips approximately 1 inch thick and about 6 inches long.
