Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 lb. pecan halves
    6 eggs
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. rum extract
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1 large bag coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar. Separate egg yolks from whites. Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside.
