Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salad oil
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian plum tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning salt
    8 oz. curly lasagna noodles (about 9)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 (15 oz.) reduced fat or fat-free Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    salt
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Prepare sauce:
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook onion in hot oil (until tender).
    Add tomatoes and their liquid, tomato paste, sugar, herb seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3/4 cup water.
    Heat to boiling, stirring to break up tomatoes.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes; stir occasionally.
