Seven-Up Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz. 7-Up
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. black walnuts
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in pan; cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted.
Add jello to mixture and stir until dissolved.
Have cream cheese at room temperature.
Add to hot mixture and beat until smooth.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Pour into bowl and chill until partially set.
Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise; blend well.
Pour into a 2-quart mold.
Chill until set.
