Sour Cream Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped, peeled potatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    3 c. water
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, celery, onion and water in large saucepan. Cook, covered, until potatoes are tender.
    Add milk, bouillon and butter.
    Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
    Blend sour cream and flour in small bowl.
    Stir into soup.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Do not boil.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
