Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1/3 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar, divided
    1 1/4 c. warm milk (110~ to 115~)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    additional melted butter or margarine (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Add milk, butter, salt, remaining sugar, eggs and 3 cups of flour; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn out onto floured surface.
