5 Minute Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) cans Mexican-style corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine corn, celery, onion, vinegar, corn syrup, celery seed, mustard powder and salt in a large bowl until well blended.
Cover tightly and chill until ready to serve.
