O'Dell'S Funeral Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, softened
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Stir together margarine and soup.
    Stir in sour cream, cheese and potatoes.
    Spread evenly in a greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 75 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Serves 16.
