Mexican Stuffed Mushrooms(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. taco hot sauce
    1 small tomato, seeded and finely diced
    24 large fresh mushrooms, stems removed
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place ground beef in 1-quart micro-proof casserole; break up with spoon.
    Cook on High for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes; drain.
    Add hot sauce and tomato, blending well.
    Fill each mushroom with about 1 teaspoon filling.
    Place 10 to 12 mushrooms, stuffing side up, in circle in microwave-proof plate.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Repeat with remaining mushrooms.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 2 dozen.
    Cooking Time:
    5 1/2 to 7 minutes.
