Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    1 1/4 c. rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    20 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt.
    Add rice and chicken. Fold in broccoli.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Top with cheese and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
