Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. popped corn, unsalted (1 2/3 c. unpopped corn)
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt in a saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
Pour over corn and mix well.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring once to coat with syrup.
Spread out on counter from 10 to 15 minutes to cool.
