Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 can tomato soup
    garlic powder
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 medium chopped onion
    flour
Preparation
    Cut
    round steak in serving size pieces.
    Sprinkle both sides of\tsteak with garlic salt and flour.
    Pound flour into meat
    with meat
    hammer
    or with sharp knife.
    Fry in hot fat until brown on both sides.
    Put meat into baking dish.
    In the pan you
    fried the meat, add 1 can tomato soup, 2 cups tomato juice
    and
    onion; cook until all the drippings of the pan are in the gravy.
    Pour gravy over the meat and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, reduce to 325\u00b0 and bake until tender.
    Serves 6.
