Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 lb. ground meat
    4 pieces garlic, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bunch parsley, chopped
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 Tbsp. cloves
    1 tsp. rosemary
    8 oz. mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add garlic, onion and parsley and cook until well blended.
    Add tomato sauce and tomato paste and equal amounts of water and boil 15 minutes.
    Add spices, stir well and cook 3 to 4 hours.
    Add mushrooms and continue cooking, uncovered, until very thick.
