Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini (small to medium)
2 tsp. dry onion flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. spaghetti sauce or 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Halve the zucchini.
Scoop out centers leaving 1/4-inch shell. Place in shallow baking dish.
Coarsely chop zucchini centers. Mix with next eight ingredients.
Spoon into shells.
Top with spaghetti sauce or Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves four.
