Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm, not hot, water using spoon.
    Add remaining ingredients as listed.
    Grease muffin pans; fill about half full with batter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Batter can be kept in refrigerator for a couple of days.
