Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red skin potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing (dry)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix and pour over potatoes.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
