Spicy Mango Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 firm mangoes, peeled and sliced into strips
    1 sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
    1 sweet onion (purple, red, Vidalia, Texas 1015 or Maui), cut into thin strips
    6 green onions, cut into thin strips
    1 poblano chili pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 c. fresh lime juice
    1 to 2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine mango, red pepper and onion strips in a large bowl; set aside.
    Cut poblano chili pepper into quarters; remove seeds and membranes.
    Cut into thin strips; add to mango mixture.
    Add green onions and remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
    Cover and chill.
    Yields 5 cups.
    Serves 6.
