Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
    2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sift together flour and salt; set aside.
    In blender, process remaining ingredients on medium speed until combined; add flour mixture and process on low speed until smooth.
    Set four 6 ounce custard cups on baking sheet; place in oven for 5 minutes.
    Spray each with nonstick spray and pour 1/4 of batter into each cup.
    Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn oven control to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more.
    Remove popovers from cups.
    Serve immediately.
    Popovers will fall slightly after removing from oven.
