Swiss Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen fish (cod or halibut)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Arrange fish fillets in lightly greased 2 1/2-quart shallow baking pan.
In small bowl, combine rest of ingredients.
Spread mixture over fish.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
