Venison Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison, ground
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked quick oatmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and form into patties.
    Cook in skillet with small amount of oil over medium heat until done.
