Seafoam - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 beaten egg whites
Preparation

Boil first 3 ingredients until syrup cracks when dropped from teaspoon in cold water (about 262\u00b0 on candy thermometer).
Pour slowly into beaten egg whites and beat until desired firmness. You will have to beat the last with a spoon.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
Flavorings or nuts may be added during the final beating.
