Chocolate Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heaping Tbsp. butter
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
Add 1 cup milk and butter.
In small mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and 1 cup milk and add to saucepan.
Cook over medium-low heat until mixture is thick and starts to bubble.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into baked 9-inch pie crust.
Makes one pie.
