Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can kraut (medium)
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    1 jar pimento (small)
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain kraut (wash if too
    salty).
    Add chopped onion, celery, bell pepper and chopped pimento.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add sugar to vinegar; stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over mixed vegetables; stir.
    Cover and set overnight.
    Keeps in refrigerator for several days.
    Serves 6 or 8.
