Scalloped Potatoes(Great For Potluck Dinners) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, sliced
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    2 c. corn flakes (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes; parboil 10 minutes.
    Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, cheese, soup and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Put in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Crush corn flakes.
    Add 1/4 cup butter and spread on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
