Pea Pods With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen peas pods
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch and chicken bouillon. Set aside.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add almonds; stir-fry 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Add frozen pea pods; stir-fry 2 minutes more.
    Stir in mushrooms, drained.
    Stir cornstarch mixture and add to skillet.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, then cook and stir 2 minutes more.
