Marshmallow Hats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 small pkg. shredded coconut
    30 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with oil in top of double boiler.
    Pour coconut into a shallow dish.
    Dip each marshmallow into chocolate, then coat with coconut.
    Place flat side down on cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
    Chill until chocolate is set, about 10 minutes.
