Peggy'S Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter, cut in squares
    1 c. sugar (scant)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    4 c. fresh white bread (crusts trimmed), cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and milk and beat until fluffy.
    Fold in bread and pineapple.
    Pour mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until mixture bubbles and top browns.
    Great with ham or pork dishes.
