Easy Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, beaded and drained
1 (16 oz.) can light red kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 Tbsp. chili powder
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
3/4 c. chopped onions
Preparation

Cook and drain meat; put in 1-quart pan.
Add all ingredients. Cook on high to a boil, then turn lower to simmer for about 30 minutes or until green peppers are tender.
If thicker is preferred, add 4 ounce can of tomato paste.
