Baked Spaghetti And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    onion, chopped (to taste)
    1 small can mushrooms
    Parmesan cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease sides and bottom of 13 x 9-inch casserole pan or dish.
    Brown ground beef with garlic and onion; drain.
    Add drained mushrooms, tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti as usual.
    Place half of cooked spaghetti in bottom of casserole. Spread out and add half of the ground beef mixture on top.
    Add half of American cheese, sprinkle on Parmesan cheese, then add Swiss cheese, then half of the Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat all layers.
    Bake 25 minutes until golden brown on top.
    Serve piping hot.
    May be made in advance and frozen.
