Oven Fried Potatoes(2 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large potato
1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. Kretschmer wheat germ
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly spray cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
Wash and scrub potato. Cut lengthwise into eighths.
Dip potato into combined egg white and water and then into combined remaining ingredients.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
