Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped apples
    3/4 c. walnuts
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg lightly and add sugar.
    Add the apples and nuts; mix well.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold with cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
    Very good.
