California Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar.
    Add rest of ingredients. Cover; let stand overnight without refrigeration.
    Next morning, roll dough the size of a 9-inch pie pan (1/2 inch thick).
    Cut into pie shape wedges.
    Roll from large end and place on a well-greased cookie sheet.
    Cover and let rise.
    Can stay up to 8 hours.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 3 dozen.
