German Potato Salad(Cold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. diced potatoes
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 large onion, diced
    5 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 lb. diced bacon
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 bunch scallions, diced
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
Preparation
    Boil diced potatoes.
    Fry diced bacon.
    Dice onion, scallions and eggs.
    Mix all ingredients and put into large bowl.
    Sprinkle top with paprika and chill overnight.
