English Walnut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar slowly.
    Fold in graham crackers and chopped nuts.
    Pour into 2 ungreased 9-inch pie plates.
    Spread up onto the sides of the plates.
    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool shell.
    Fill with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
    Return to refrigerator until served.
    Makes 2 pies.
