Amish Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 potatoes, cubed
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. sauerkraut plus juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain out excess fat.
    If using plain sausage can add herbs:
    sage, fennel, thyme or dill.
    Return to fire.
    Add onion, potatoes and garlic.
    Cook on medium until onion is limp and browning.
