Royal Seafood - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    1 lb. crabmeat
    2 cans cream of shrimp soup
    3/4 c. Heritage milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    5 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    2 c. raw rice or pasta
Preparation
    Blend soup with milk and mayonnaise.
    Cook rice or pasta. Combine all other ingredients and simmer a few minutes.
    Put rice or pasta in 19 x 9-inch casserole and cover with seafood mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add a little milk if it becomes dry.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
