Ashley Wilson'S Quick Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. cold butter or margarine, cut into 6 or 7 pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 to 4 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Using steel knife blade, place all ingredients, except water, in work bowl of food processor.
    Process 5 to 10 seconds or until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    With machine running, pour ice water slowly, 1 tablespoon at a time, through feed tube.
    Stop processor as soon as dough forms ball.
