Canadian Honey Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (part shortening)
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. honey
    2 tsp. soda
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Roll teaspoons of dough in white sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Very good with apricot or strawberry jam.
