Vegetable Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small, thick sliced zucchini
    2 small, thick sliced squash
    2 medium quartered red onions
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 c. unbleached flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten well
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Add milk, egg and oil.
    Bake in shallow, greased pan at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until center is dry and top is golden brown.
