Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 small to medium yellow squash, sliced and cooked tender
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. (-/+) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (enough stuffing mix to make a semi-thick consistency or you can use saltine crackers instead)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix with mixer until well blended, then put in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
